JASC Tsukasa Daiko is one of the leading taiko ensembles in the Chicago area. The group was established in 1996 by Director and Sensei (Instructor) Hide Yoshihashi after he worked as a member of Chicago's Waka Daiko ensemble.

Tsukasa Daiko's mission is to preserve and pass on the traditional concepts of taiko as a cultural legacy and to utilize these concepts in expanding and evolving the taiko form.
