Vinay Patel

Vinay Patel has over a decade as an arts administrator and has been a critical factor in the growth of Asian Improv aRts.  Patel started with AIR in 1999.  He has been an arts advocate (as a co-founder and a coordinator of the California Asian American and Pacific Islander Arts Network, Committees for San Francisco’s Prop S and E), producer (from local to international concerts, festivals, tours, recordings) and organizational development consultant. Through Asian Improv aRts, Patel has found a place where he can express his passion for supporting artists, advocating for the underserved and building community though the arts.
